Ownership succession planning:

Helping clarify and articulate family core values, vision & long-term goals

Exploring individual and family levels of commitment to the business

Developing systems to support meaningful family career opportunities

Developing policies and procedures for next generation employment that help avoid challenges such as nepotism

Clarifying requirements of the next generation leadership in the context of the business strategy

Building a succession process that supports multi-generational families

Professionalization of the business:

Helping develop ownership, management and family systems that move the business from an owner-centric organization to a management- centric organization; from one that depends on constant family input on daily operations to a business that creates equity in itself and for the family.
